CCommunity does not collect or store personal data outside of what is necessary to enable communication and app functionality.
All communication within CCommunity is secured using industry-leading security and privacy standards, ensuring compliance with:

- GDPR – Protecting EU users’ rights and data privacy.
- HIPAA (with BAA) – Secure handling of health-related communications.
What data is processed for communication features?
- Messages and calls: Used only for in-app interactions.

- We do not store or retain sensitive health data outside of the secure system.

- Avoid judgment or unsolicited advice, as this is a peer-support space.

- Not share user identities, including names, photos, or personal details.
Confidentiality Limits:
In specific cases, we may be required to report:
- Threats of serious harm to oneself or others.
- Suspected abuse or neglect of a minor, elderly, or disabled individual.
- A valid court order requiring disclosure.

CCommunity does not store Protected Health Information (PHI). However, our communication system meets the requirements of HIPAA to protect user interactions.

Important Note:
Sharing personal health data outside the app (e.g., screenshots of conversations) voids HIPAA protection.

Under CCPA, California residents have rights to:
- Request data access to view what personal data is processed.
- Request data deletion by deleting the account in the app.
- Opt-out of data sales. CCommunity does not sell user data.

Your Responsibilities:
- Use strong passwords and do not share login details
- Avoid sharing sensitive personal health data in chat.

CCommunity may link to third-party services (e.g., analytics). These services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their data practices.
We do not use targeted ads or sell user data to advertisers.

How Long Do We Keep Data?
- Chats and calls are retained as per our security policies.
- Deleted accounts follow compliance regulations for data removal.
How to Delete Your Account:
Go to Settings → Delete Account, and your data will be removed.
